Follow these easy steps and have your data verified in minutes
Step 1
Download the free software from our site and get your login, password and 20 free credits.
Step 2
Purchase optional extra credits depending upon the amount of data you wish to check
10,000 credits = £60 just 0.6p per record
25,000 credits = £125 just 0.5p per record
50,000 credits = £200 just 0.4p per record
Step 3
Open an Excel spreadsheet that contains the data you want to check.
Step 4
Select the criteria against which you wish to check e.g TPS Screening (TPS and CTPS) or Address Screening (MPS, Gone Aways or Bereavement).
Step 5
Map your data fields to Easycheck and choose your preferred flagging options e.g flag, overwrite, change colour, or delete matching records.
Step 6
Press the green button and watch the Easycheck software scroll through and check your data.
