With the facilities to insert up to 10,000 items per hour, including up to six inserts per envelope, our state-of-the-art mailing house includes high speed automated enclosing lines. We can offer branded envelopes and produce any kind of design and size of envelope that our clients may require for their campaign.

Postage barcodes are printed, as we have full accreditation for Mailmark. If you have personalisation on more than one insert, we have intelligence-matching on our latest machine.

Our machine insertion for C4, C5, C6, DL envelopes and other sizes within these guidelines are wallet gummed. We can also hand fulfil many bespoke envelopes, such as gusset envelopes, colour peel and seal and more.

Various content can be inserted including flyers, letters, leaflets, magazines and brochures, all of which can be completed by machine. We have a special booklet feeder that’s used for big brochures and magazines.

If required, we’re happy to fulfil anything by hand, such as t-shirts, promotional mailouts and other products – we’ve mailed everything from fake Christmas trees to parasols!
