New Business Start-Ups Increase 8% in June


The number of new business start-ups detected by the NewB2B service from Selectabase increased by 8% last month.

Data from NewB2B shows there were 5325 new start-ups last month. because of the way NewB2B collects data from a number of sources this figure includes all types of start-ups including limited companies, sole traders and home based businesses.

The encouraging results follow the recent launch of the Start Up Britain government campaign to help more businesses get started and grow in the UK.
