There has been renewed interest amongst the direct marketing sector for campaigns targeting new and recent home movers.
The recently launched Home Move Box service which delivers branded products to new movers identified by estate agents and letting agents, has attracted a raft of brands.
Household names like Virgin Media, P&G, Daily Mail and Screwfix are all demonstrating the value in targeting recent movers who have long been known to be a high value audience.
For example research for Selectabase’s own RecentlyMoved database of recent home movers suggests that new home movers spend up to 6 times more than average on a raft of products and services for the home.
This makes new home movers a terrific market for DIY, home improvements, home furnishings, utilities, telecoms and many more services.
